Please use this updated swimming permission slip instead of the one I sent last week. Also, grades 2 and 3 will be playing Dance Dance Revolution in the gym with Mr. Swenson for their AR party instead of a movie (the dates and times have not been set yet).

The correction is the date...it's Friday, December 17th... not Wednesday
The end of first trimester is quickly approaching and we are very excited about our Accelerated Reader reward party! We plan to take all of the fourth and fifth graders (who reach their goal) swimming at the Sauk Rapids-Rice High School pool on Friday, Dec. 17th. There will be lifeguards on duty and we will only have one grade level in the pool at a time. In order for your child to attend this event they must reach the goal set by their teacher. Students who do not reach their goal will stay at Pleasantview and work.
In order to bus your child to the high school and take them swimming we will need you to sign this permission slip and return it by Dec 15th.
