Please remind your students once again that they need to wear their coats and whatever else they brought with them when they go down for lunch. Apparently, many of them wanted to leave the lunchroom to go back and get coats and other things after eating lunch before going outside. I told the lunchroom supervisors that students should not be allowed to go back because they have been told to bring all of their stuff with them.
Also, could you please talk to your classes about eating at lunchtime. We have a group of students, that seems to be growing, of students who are not bringing a lunch and are not taking a hot lunch. They have refused to go through the line. Please remind them that unless we have a note from their parents letting us know that they don't need to eat lunch, the expectation will be that they eat either a cold or hot lunch.
