Dear Parent/ Guardian:
As a culminating activity to our bowling unit in our Physical Education classes, we will be traveling to Sartell Great River Bowling Lanes to bowl from 10:45 - 12:05 on Wednesday, December 22nd. The cost of this event is $5.00 and parents are welcome to stop by and watch us hone our skills. Please complete this permission slip and return it to your child’s teacher on or before December 16th, so we can have an accurate count of our attendance. There will be no refunds.
