Arts and Academic Awards

Friday, March 30th from 8:15 AM- 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM

So, I was just a little bit eager....I sent out our bottles on March 28th.

We will have our walk for life kickoff on Thursday, April 5th.

Juli Scott will be doing this on WAEL in the AM.

Classroom teachers, your bottles need to go home with students on Thursday, April 5th. (Mr. Krupa sent his bottles home on March 28th, just being eager:-))

When you send them home please take time to talk with your students about what we are doing and why and what they can do at home to fill their bottles such doing extra chores, talking to relatives and friends about what we are doing, etc.

We will once again be having posters in the classrooms that students can put who they are walking for. We are walking for survivors of cancer and for those who have lost their battle with cancer.

Thursday - 4th Grade - Reward For Not Having Any Missing Assignments

Our students need to have turned in their Math 9.8 Homework sheet, Dear Parent Letter for this week, Signed Reading Contract (just signed, not completed as it is not due until Friday), and their AAA project/activity.

Choices for fun are board games with Mrs Martin, Keyboarding Lab with Mrs. Lund, outside with Mr. Krupa, or back in the classroom with Mrs. Bakke.

AAA-Coming Soon!

The AAA performances will be next Fri 3/30 with 2 performances. We will start calling grades down at 8 am with the 1st performance starting at 8:15-9:30. The 2nd performance will be at 1:00-1:45.

Spring Pictures

We will be having spring pictures on Thursday, March 29. Students will be having both a class picture and an individual picture taken on this day. If students wish to order a class picture they must have their order form/payment with them when they go to the camera.

Every student will have an individual picture taken as well. They do not have to pay for these at this time but they can choose a background to have for their pictures. They need to have the form filled out for this.

Flyers are being sent home with the students. One end has the group picture order form and the other end has the background selection form. Students must have these when they go to the camera or their choices will not be honored.

Classroom teachers, please bring your class to the group camera first lined up tallest to shortest.

Handheld Electronic Day is on Friday, March 22nd

Also, it is Tropical Day!!! Dress for the occasion and bring in your electronic (hand-held, small) games.

Spring Pictures

Pleasantview's Spring Pictures will take place on Thursday, March 29th.

Please watch for a flyers? coming home with your students

Students will be having both a class picture and an individual picture taken.? If they wish to order a class picture they must have their order form with them when they go to the camera.?

If you wish to have a particular background for your students individual picture, please make this selection on the form and have your student bring it to the camera with them. You do not have to purchase individual pictures at this time. A package will be sent home with your student and you can select what you would like to purchase and return the unpurchased pictures with your payment for the ones you wish to keep.

If you wish to have a preschoolers picture taken, you may bring them to school between 7:30 am and 8 am and have their picture taken in the gym.
